JINDA Shengyuan Group held a summer all staff training activity

In order to promote the smooth achievement of production, operation, and management goals in 2024, further implement the rectification requirements proposed by Chairman Sun Rongxiang, and strive to practice the enterprise goal of "creating a first-class brand in the same industry with advanced and unique corporate culture", so that all leaders, cadres, and employees of the group can perform their duties with advanced concepts, advanced culture, and advanced ideas, achieve a high degree of unity between superiors and subordinates in terms of concepts, standards, and goals, further consolidate the understanding and comprehension of the company's five basic principles and the general manager's order by all employees, and promote and learn from the newly revised management systems and regulations, the company held a one week training activity conference for all employees from August 2 to August 7, 2023. This training is hosted by Yang Yinghua, the head of the Human Resources Development and Education Center, and Xu Yanbin, the deputy general manager in charge of the hosting work; Yang Yanhong, Assistant General Manager and Minister of Finance, Head of Finance and Cost Control Management System; Li Zheji, General Manager of the Marketing Company and First Head of the Service Management System; Chao Xudong, Director of Quality Control Department and Head of Quality Control Management System; Li Huabin, Director of Equipment Maintenance Workshop and Head of Equipment Management System; Yang Yinghua, the head of the Human Resources Development Education Center, and Liang Youfeng, the deputy director, provided comprehensive training on the company's five basic principles, general manager's order, quality control management system, financial and cost control management system, service management system, equipment management system, incentive policies, management systems, and other related content. After the training activity, all leaders, cadres, and employees of the company successfully held a team building activity on August 8th in Hongxi Valley, Bayuquan.


This training received high attention from various departments of the company, with nearly 200 employees participating. Members of the leadership team and department heads participated throughout the entire process. The training instructors prepared sufficient courseware and the training content was concise. Through the training, employees' job skills and professional ethics were comprehensively improved.

After the training on the company's employee system, the marketing company provided training on sales policies, product strategies and marketing skills, sales business processes, marketing strategies, management and market supervision regulations for business personnel and agents, packaging instructions for new fertilizer standards, and requirements for demonstration fields. Through the training, business personnel gained a clearer understanding and mastery of the company's 2024 business strategy, boosting their confidence in completing the 2024 sales target.

In addition to conducting system and institutional training, the company also organized a variety of activities such as knowledge competitions, basketball competitions, tug of war competitions, table tennis competitions, badminton competitions, etc. The enthusiasm for participation in various fields and departments is very high. After layers of selection, six teams have been formed to participate in the knowledge competition. Through the competition, employees have further consolidated their learning and understanding of the company's five basic principles, various management systems, and related regulations. Sports activities further embody the spirit of perseverance, unity, and cooperation of Tianjin University, effectively stimulating individual fighting spirit and enhancing team cohesion. After the training and cultural and sports activities, the Human Resources Development and Education Center organized a written exam for all participants to further consolidate and solidify the learning content of the past few days.
