Xu Jingying, deputy director of the fertilizer and water saving Department of the planting Department of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, said that the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas has listed several topics. When the conditions are ripe, it will issue a series of new standards related to the safe and healthy development of the fertilizer industry.

It is understood that the National Technical Committee for standardization of fertilizer and soil conditioner is currently preparing to optimize or formulate relevant standards for the fertilizer industry, including the limit requirements for toxic and harmful substances in fertilizer, green product evaluation fertilizer, etc.

Mai Yongyi, vice president of Shanghai Research Institute of chemical industry and chairman of the National Technical Committee for standardization of fertilizers and soil conditioners, explained that after completing the mission of solving the problem of food and clothing, chemical fertilizer has to face the problems of food safety and people's health caused by environmental pollution, soil degradation and low quality of agricultural products“ Ensuring people's health from the source through the construction of the standard system is a new topic that the fertilizer industry needs to explore. " Mai Yongyi said.

Shang zhaocong, executive deputy director of the national fertilizer quality supervision and Inspection Center (Shanghai) and Secretary General of the national fertilizer and soil conditioner Standardization Technical Committee, believes that at present, the fertilizer industry is facing the pressure of negative growth in use and some "demonized" public opinion. It is urgent to focus on "health" and realize the healthy operation of enterprises through the restriction and guidance of the standard system Industrial development health, industrial chain health, food chain health and life health. According to Shang zhaocong, the function of chemical fertilizer is being given a new historical task. In the past, chemical fertilizer was to meet the requirements of food quantity. Now we should meet the requirements of quality and make food healthier.

Wei Jing, director of the quality department of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, said that the current standardization construction of the fertilizer industry should focus on two main lines, one is high-quality development and the other is green development. Green development has become a national strategy, which is also a task that the chemical fertilizer industry has to complete. In the future, the formulation of national standards, industrial standards and group standards for green products, green factories and green parks will be carried out at different levels to promote the establishment of green manufacturing system in the industry.

For soil conditioner, Chen Mingliang, deputy director of Chemical Fertilizer Institute of Shanghai Chemical Research Institute and professor level senior engineer, believes that soil conditioner has developed actively in recent years, but there are many sources of raw materials, unstable process quality and low product technology level. It is urgent to issue more scientific standards to regulate and guide it.

Ms. Yang Yi of the National Technical Committee for standardization of fertilizer and soil conditioner introduced that the fertilizer standard system will be optimized into four parts in the future. Among them, national mandatory standards are designed to ensure safety and meet the bottom line; Recommendatory national standards to realize the matching of basic general and mandatory standards; Industry standards, aimed at unifying industry requirements; Group standards designed to meet market and innovation needs.

For the optimization of standards, Xu Jingying believes that the current fertilizer standards include four categories: general standards, product standards, testing standards and safety standards. There is a shortage of urgently needed general standards and safety standards.
